Live Stream Interaction Guide

Use these Twitch chat commands to interact with the stream:
- !dna {DNA_STRING} → Submit an avatar DNA
- !tokenid {TOKEN_ID} → Submit a token ID
- Type the keyword → Enter the giveaway

Disclaimer: Users that are drawn must go through the claim procedure on Twitch to be a winner. Winners that have claimed on Twitch must submit a help ticket in Discord within 7 days to secure their prize.

Giveaway Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to the official Kondux Giveaway! This page outlines the **rules, eligibility criteria, and claim procedures** for participating in and winning **exclusive Kondux kNFTs during the March 21st Livestream Giveaway**. Please read the entire guide carefully to ensure your eligibility.

Eligibility

You must be **18 years or older** to participate.
The giveaway is **free to enter** – no purchase necessary.
You must have a **Twitch account** to participate in the live giveaway.
You must be watching the stream for 10 minutes or more to participate in the live giveaway
Giveaways are **open to all viewers globally**, except where prohibited by local laws.
Particpants who are drawn must secure their winner slot during the livestream by typing the claim command
Winners must have a **valid Ethereum wallet** capable of receiving Kondux kNFTs.

How to Enter the Giveaway

To enter, follow these steps **during the livestream on Twitch**:

Watch the **Kondux Livestream on Twitch** for at least **10 minutes**.
When a giveaway is announced, **type the provided keyword** in the Twitch chat.
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants.
Once selected, winners **must type the claim keyword** in Twitch chat to confirm their win.

Winner Selection

Winners are chosen **randomly** using a Twitch giveaway bot. The selection process is:

Only users who **entered the correct keyword** in chat are considered.
Winners **must be active in the Twitch chat** at the time of selection.
If a winner **fails to type the claim keyword** within the specified time, the prize will be **forfeited** and a new winner will be drawn.

Claiming Your Prize

If you win, follow these steps to claim your prize:

Immediately **type the claim keyword** in Twitch chat when prompted.
After successfully claiming, join the **Kondux Discord server**.
Open a **help ticket** within the **#support** channel.
Provide proof of your Twitch username and Ethereum wallet address.
The team will assist you with verification and redemption from there

❗ **Winners must submit their help ticket within 7 days** of winning, or the prize will be forfeited.

Prize Distribution

Kondux will distribute prizes **within 28 days** after a winner has gone throught the verification process. Prizes are sent directly to the Ethereum wallet provided by the winner.

⚠️ Kondux is not responsible for lost prizes due to **incorrect wallet addresses** or **scam attempts**.

Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

The following actions may result in **disqualification** from the giveaway:

Creating **multiple Twitch accounts** to enter multiple times.
Using **bots or automated scripts** to enter.
Providing **false information** during the claim process.
Harassing the giveaway host or moderators.

Kondux reserves the right to **ban fraudulent participants** and take legal action if necessary.

Additional Terms & Conditions

Kondux **reserves the right to modify** or cancel the giveaway at any time.
Winners agree to allow **Kondux to announce their Twitch usernames** as winners.
Prizes **cannot be exchanged** for cash or other assets.
By participating, you agree to abide by these rules and Twitch’s Terms of Service.
